Hands on Yuneec Typhoon H Training
We instruct hands-on with students using all flight modes. Flight system specific information that may be covered includes upgrading firmware on both the flight system and batteries, charging and maintaining batteries, installing and using manufacturer and 3rd party apps, using radio settings for different modes, component maintenance and replacement, and geo-fencing. Hands-on practice may include using the ST16 and Wizard remote controllers, obstacle avoidance, Orbit Me, Point of Interest, Journey, Curve Cable Cam, Follow Me / Watch Me, calibration, take-off and landing, return-to-home, waypoints, camera operation, and emergency procedures. We also cover additional practical topics including charging batteries in the field and connecting external monitors, and we provide tips and tricks to maximize the performance and functionality of the system.
One-day and two-day classes are available for $495 per training day. Students must bring their own flight system, and training is currently offered at our Canandaigua, NY location during business hours. Advance registration is required.
